RAMOq j <br />FROM: City Clerk Y -k"' <br />SUBJECT: Date <br />REQUEST BUDGET ADJUSTMENT 5-13-92 <br />BACKGROUND <br />As result of two successful petitions by the citizens of <br />this community, the City will need to conduct two elections: <br />June 2, 1992 - Councilmanic Districts <br />June 16, 1992 - Community Facilities District 88-1 <br />These two elections were not anticipated as part of the <br />1991-92 City Clerk budget. <br />STATEMENT <br />Funds need to be allocated from the undesignated reserve in <br />the General Fund, as follows: <br />Councilmanic Districts, ACCT. NO. 01-299 FOR $6,000.00 <br />and <br />CFD 88-1, ACCT. NO. 08-299 FOR $1,500.00. <br />Any billing for elections is to be made to the CITY OF <br />COLTON, care of City Clerk. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached budget adjustment <br />for transfer of monies for the completion of the election <br />process. <br />td <br />CONCURRENCE: <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of Item No. F <br />
