Hutton, Director of Public Works Date: 9/16/92 <br />Subject: Consent to Order the Annexation of certain territory to a <br />Special Maintenance District. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />As City policy adopted by the Council as part of the assessment <br />district 78-1 and 78-2, all new development within the city limits <br />is required to execute a consent and waiver to annex into the <br />Landscape Maintenance District. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Several small parcels within the city have been developed recently. <br />As part of the conditions for development those property owners <br />have consented to be annexed into the Landscape Maintenance <br />District. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council order the annexation of <br />those certain properties to a special maintenance district and <br />establish resolution for ch. <br />Concurrrene: <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of _ <br />D1:TERRITORY <br />Item No. .2 (n <br />
