AGENDA - COLTON CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 17,1997 6:00 P.M. <br />MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />INVOCATION: Chaplain Ed List <br />ROLL CALL: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />(A) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, <br />to Confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, regarding Negotiations with <br />Representatives of the Fire, Police Rank & File and Police Management Bargaining Units. <br />(B) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9(b), to Confer with its Legal Counsel regarding the following matters of Pending <br />Litigation: <br />Franco v. City o Colton <br />(C) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.8, to Confer with its Real Property Negotiator Regarding Potential Land <br />Acquisition(s). <br />(D) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9(b), to confer with Legal Counsel regarding three matter of potential exposure to <br />Litigation. <br />OPEN FORUM TO COMMENCE AT 7:30 P. M. <br />PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING CITY COUNCIL <br />For the Official Record, it is requested that you obtain a card from the City Clerk and complete it by noting a specific item <br />number on the Agenda, if applicable, or you can identify the subject that you wish to address under the Public Comment <br />portion of the Agenda.
