MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: FLAG SALUTE: INVOCATION: Chaplain Ed List ROLL CALL: CLOSED SESSION: (A) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, to Confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, regarding Negotiations with Representatives of the Fire, Police Rank & File and Police Management Bargaining Units. (B) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), to Confer with its Legal Counsel regarding the following matters of Pending Litigation: Franco v. City o Colton (C) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to Confer with its Real Property Negotiator Regarding Potential Land Acquisition(s). (D) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), to confer with Legal Counsel regarding three matter of potential exposure to Litigation.
