<br />Mr. Gene McMeans, 12004 Glenwood, Colton, showed the Council Members
<br />pictures of a new apartment complex being constructed at the entrance
<br />of Reche Canyon, stating these buildings look sub -standard and have
<br />destroyed the entrance to Reche Canyon, as they are not compatible with
<br />the surrounding area. Mr. McMeans also complained about large trucks
<br />hauling load of dirt, stating he felt the City should set up certain
<br />conditions for this type of operation, such as regulate the amount of
<br />trucks doing the hauling, put up signs designating the working area,
<br />stipulations that might help control the dust,'and dirt,' etc.

<br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:08 p. m., to discuss
<br />matters of Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section
<br />54956.9(x), Meet and Confer Matters, pursuant to Government Code Sec-
<br />tion 54956.8, Labor Relations Matters, pursuant to Government Code
<br />Section 54957.6, and Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code
<br />Section 54957, and reconvened at 9:54 p. m., all Members present.
