COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 4, 1992 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 7:39 p. m., in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />INVOCATION• <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Kim Starr. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and <br />Mayor Gonzales.
