CITY OF COLTON CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY JUNE 15, 2004 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above - given date at 5:16 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Zamora, Mitchell Ramos. De La Rosa, Hernandez, and Mayor Bennett. Councilmember Ramos absent. City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss: CLOSED SESSION: A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) Number of Potential Cases: Unknown B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 Agency Designated Representative: Anthony Arroyo Employee Organizations: Police Dispatchers Association (CWA), and SBPEA General Unit C. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 Title: City Manager City Attorney Martinez adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 5:16 p.m.; the meeting reconvened at 6:09 p.m. with all members present as heretofore. City Attorney Martinez reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and discussed Items A, B, and C with reportable action on Item A, and would return to discuss the balance of the closed session agenda Items A and B at the end of Regular Meeting Agenda.
