CITY OF COLTON CLOSED SESSION - COU NCI L/RE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY MARCH 18,2008 Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:03 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. Case Number: San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. CIVSS 700896 Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:04 p.m. and at 6:15 p.m.; the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. CM Oliva recused herself from Item B due to a conflict of interest as the property in question is owned by Union Pacific who is employer of her spouse. A.
