None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the Council: Laura Morales, Michelle Kapuscinski, Ruben Morales. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item No(s). 1 thru 4.Mayor Chastain requested that Item <br />No. 3 be pulled for separate vote. <br />Motion and second by CM De La Rosa/CM Yzaguirre to approve the Consent Calendar Item No(s) 1, 2, <br />and 4.
