CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code, Section <br />54956.9(b) <br />Number of Cases: 2 Potential Cases <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISITNG LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Case Name: City of Colton v. Ernest Grossich <br />Case Number: County of San Bernardino Superior Court of California Case <br />No. CIVSS701112 <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Toro adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and at 6:04 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />Council Member De La Rosa arrived in Closed Session at 5:15 p.m. and Council Member Perez <br />arrived in Closed Session at 5:17 p.m. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item A and Item B was not discussed. <br />A.
