QRDINANCE NO <br />AN ORDIITANCE FORBIDDING THE SALE OR USX OF FIRE WORKS OR <br />FIRE; CRACKERS IN THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />The Board of Trustees of the City of Colton do Ordain as <br />follows;— <br />Section I. That it shall be unlawful for any person to sell <br />of of fer for sale any fire crackers or other f i reworks in tip <br />City of Colton, except firecracker not larger than three <br />eighths 4� an inch in diameter and not over two inches Longo <br />Section II That it shall be unlawful for any person to use or <br />explode or have in his possesion any of such prohibited fire <br />works in the City of Col -ton. <br />Section TIT. <br />Every person guilty of a violation of any pro <br />vision of this ordinanee shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and upon conviction shall be .fined in any sura not exceeding <br />Fifty Dollrs, <br />President of Baard of Trustees <br />Attest / <br />, r( OV <br />City erk <br />D <br />
