That it is the intention of the Board. of Trustees of the City of Colton to change and establish the grade of Sth Street from the south property line of 1111 Street to the south curb line of H Street in accordance with the following grades ara elevations: .At the Intersection of the south property lint: of mill Street with the east curb line of 8th Street the grade shell be 1068.0 feet.
