R-08-09 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />TO PRIORITIZE THE TYPE OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into a Cooperation <br />Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) funds; and, <br />WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton anticipates receiving $418,654 in <br />Community Development Block Grant funds for: FY 2009-2010; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible projects will be funded with <br />CDBG funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />Prioritizes and allocates CDBG funds for the following projects for FY 2009-2010; <br />Proposed Project Colton CDBG Funds Recommended Type <br />District <br />1.
