R-26-18 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />UPDATING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY <br />THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved a Master Fee Schedule for the <br />Community Services Department on May 2, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, with the rising cost of supplies and equipment and the increase in <br />staffing costs mandated by minimum wage laws, updated fees are necessary to meet the same <br />service levels; and <br />WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was held on April 17, 2018 to receive <br />public comments on the proposed changes to the Community Services Department fees and <br />charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Adoption of Fees and Charges. The fees and charges set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference shall take effect and be in force <br />according to law. <br />SECTION 2: Effective Date of Resolution. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution <br />and the City Clerk shall attest thereto, and thereafter this Resolution shall take effect <br />immediately. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17m day of April, 2018. <br />AT TST: <br />�i7/tRX�i \ d <br />CAROLINA R.
