CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Initiation of Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) <br />One (1) potential case <br /> <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Manuel Bravo Martinez v. City of Colton, et al. <br />United States District Court, Central District, Case No. 5:16-CV-00702 CAS (DTBx) <br /> <br />C. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br /> Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br /> Agency designated representatives: Elvie Balderrama, Human Resources Director <br /> Employee Groups: General Unit, Mid-Management Unit, Confidential Group, Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. and at 6:04 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present heretofore. <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item A through C with <br />direction to staff and no reportable action.
