I <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-02-15 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO AMEND <br />THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014/2015 CAPITAL OUTLAY AUTOMOBILE <br />4 ACCOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACTOR 2115 PLUS JET RODDER <br />VEHICLE <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, the Public Works Department desires to purchase one Vactor 2115 Plus <br />7 <br />Jet Rodder for the City's Collection System Division; and <br />8 <br />9 WHEREAS, the City intends to improve the productivity and efficiently of the staff on <br />10 providing collection system cleaning and maintenance of the City's wastewater infrastructure <br />I I as well as the City of Grand Terrace and new developments; and <br />12 <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved Capital Outlay, not listed in the <br />13 <br />2014/2015 Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City <br />14 <br />15 Council. <br />16 <br />17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />18 THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />19 <br />20 Section 1 The Recitals preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />21 <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />22 <br />23 Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of $431,930. As an adjustment <br />24 to the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 budget as follows: <br />25 .
