CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Largo Concrete, Inc., v. City of Colton, el al. <br />San Bernardino Superior Court, Case No. CIVDS 1400406 <br />(Continued to the next Council Meeting of 6/21/2016) <br /> <br />B.
