O-16-19. Public Comment None Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM González to waive further reading, read by title only and introduce Ordinance No. O-16-19. Vote: Unanimous PUBLIC HEARINGS (cont’d) (2) Public Hearing - Tobacco Retailer's License Fees TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING TOBACCO RETAILER'S LICENSE FEES, RESOLUTION NO. R-104-19. Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing Open. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation Director Tomich, Development Services, presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation.
