O-17-19. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />None <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/MPT Cisneros to waive further reading, read by title only and introduce <br />Ordinance No. O-17-19. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Christine Gaitan; Adrianne Rogers; Lory Sanchez; <br />Christine Irish Rey; and Kate Johnson; <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Mayor Navarro presented the Consent Calendar Items 5 through 20. <br /> <br />Councilmembers present selected items for discussion and clarification by staff: CM Woods/CM Suchil, Item <br />14. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM González/CM Woods to approve consent calendar Items 5 through 20. <br />Vote: Motion carried with CM Suchil voting NO on Item 18. <br /> <br />(5) Minutes - Approval of Minutes for the City Council Special Meeting Held on October 24, 2019 & the <br />City Council Regular Meeting Held on November 5, 2019, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />(6) Warrants - Approve replacement checks 181768 to 181770 dated 10/23/19 and totaling $767.80; <br />voucher numbers 181771 to 181898 dated 10/24/2019 and totaling $1,958,940.04; wires dated 10/26/19 <br />and totaling 1,576,759.41; vouchers numbers 181899 to 181990 dated 10/29/2019 and totaling <br />$68,730.71 and voucher numbers 181991 to 182146 dated 10/31/2019 and totaling $933,724.92. <br /> <br />(7) City Treasurer's Report - Receive and File City Treasurer’s Report for August 2019. <br /> <br />(8) Contract Amendment - Weed Abatement - Approve and Adopt an Amendment to the Current Weed <br />Abatement Contract, RESOLUTION NO.
