CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION/SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />February 10, 2015 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:25 p.m., at the Hutton Center, 660 <br />Colton Avenue, Colton, California, with Mayor DeLaRosa presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Jorrin, Gonzdlez, Bennett, Suchil, MPT Navarro and <br />Mayor DeLaRosa. <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />Interim City Manager Kenline, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss <br />Items A. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 <br />Property Address: 1351 West Valley Boulevard, APN Nos. 0162-281-04, 14, 34, 52, 56 <br />and 66 <br />Negotiating Parties: Josefina Kenline, Interim City Manager; Arthur Morgan, Economic <br />Development Manager <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:26 p.m. and at 5:51 p.m., the <br />meeting reconvened, with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A with direction to staff and no reportable action. <br />2015 FEBRUARY 10 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA SPECIAL MEETING - 1 - <br />
