Absent CM Bennett. <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Name of Case: Garcia v. City of Colton, et at. <br />Case Number: S.B.S.C.
