(1) Minutes — Approval of Minutes for the City Council Special Budget Workshop Meeting Held May 28, 2015; Minutes for the City Council Special Budget Workshop Meeting Held June 3, 2015; Minutes for the City Council Special Meeting Held July 29, 2015; and Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held August 4, 2015; on File in the Office of the City Clerk. (2) Vouchers — Approval of voucher numbers 150746 to 150841, dated 7/30/15, totaling $3,888,957.08; voucher numbers 150842 to 151034, dated 8/6/15, totaling $1,287,610.75; less voided checks totaling $142,266.57; and a payroll disbursement listing for the period of 7/4/15 to 7/17/25, totaling $822,148.68, on file in the Finance Department. (3) Annual Weed Abatement Program — Set the Public Hearing for September 1, 2015 and Consider a Resolution Adopting a Report of Costs Confirming those Costs Provided to the County for Placement on the Tax Rolls for Payment. (4) Removal of Recorded Covenant/Agua Mansa — Approve and Adopt a Resolution Approving the Removal of Covenant Recorded in 1986 to Compel Offsite hnprovements at 1600 Agua Mansa Road, Deferring to the Project Conditions of Approval to Complete Said Improvements. RESOLUTION NO. R-100-15. (5) Surplus Water Purchase A reement - Approve the Surplus Water Purchase Agreement by and Between the City of Colton and the County of San Bernardino, for a One Time Purchase of up to 250 Acre Feet of Surplus Water by the County for up to $37,500 to assist in its Perchlorate Cleanup Efforts in the Rialto -Colton Basin. (6) Four Party Implementation Agreement — Approve the Four Party Implementation Agreement with Emhart Industries, Inc., County of San Bernardino, City of Rialto and City of Colton for Cleanup of Perchlorate contamination in Rialto -Colton Basin. (7) CDBG Projects/Citywide Concrete Repair Johnson St Paving and AlleyPg — Approve the Award of Construction Contract to DM Contracting, Inc. as the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder for the CDBG Project #104-40105/5264 (Citywide Concrete Repair), 4104-40205/5265 (Johnson St. Paving) and #104-40305/5266 (Alley Paving) in the Amount of $344,896, RESOLUTION NO. R-99-15. BUSINESS ITEMS (8) Annexation and Maintenance Agreement/County of San Bernardino — Provide direction to: (1) Proceed with the Cooperative and Maintenance Agreement (Exhibit A) with the County of San Bernardino for the Maintenance of the City Logo and Adjacent Street Segment for the I-10/Pepper Interchange Project; or (2) Remove the City Logo from the Project (Maintenance Agreement with the County of San Bernardino is not Necessary).
