(9) Notice of Completion — Authorize the execution and recordation of the Notice of Completion for the <br />Asphalt and Concrete for Coburn Street Sewer Line Collapse Repair project. <br />(10) Parcel Map 19572 — Accept and approve the recordation of Parcel Map 19572. <br />(11) Amendment to Power Purchase Agreement and Power Sales Agreement for the Astoria 2 Solar Project — <br />(1) Approve amendments to the Power Purchase Agreement between Southern California Public Power <br />Authority (SCPPA), Power and Water Resources Pooling Authority, City of Lodi, City of Corona, City <br />of Moreno Valley and City of Rancho Cucamonga and RE Astoria 2, LLC for solar electric generation; <br />and (2) approve the amended Power Sales Agreement between SCPPA and the City of Colton. <br />(12) Professional Services Agreement with DMG Economics, Inc. — Approve a Professional Services <br />Agreement with DMG Economics, Inc., in the amount of $50,000 for as needed economic development <br />services, and authorize the City Manager to execute any documents and take any additional actions <br />necessary, including approval of any non -monetary changes or amendments to the agreement. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS <br />None. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor DeLaRosa asked to observe a Moment of Silence for those citizens killed in Paris, France on November <br />13, 2015 as a result of a terrorist attack. <br />At 7:31 p.m. Mayor DeLaRosa Adjourned the Regular Meeting. <br />Carolina R.
