Padilla <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Proclamation -Public Power Week— October 5-11 <br />CM Bennett presented the Proclamation for Public Power Week to staff of the Electric Department and <br />accepted by the Electric Utility Director, David Kolk. <br />• Presentation - Make a Difference — Conquistadors <br />CM Oliva, assisted by Mayor Zamora, presented the Make a Difference Certificate to the group known as The <br />Conquistadors. The Conquistadors are involved in the community of the City of Colton by their assistance to <br />Veteran Groups and their families as well as other philanthropic activities. The Certificate was accepted by <br />Joaquin Granado, President.
