City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed Items A, B, <br />C, and D, with direction to Staff and No Reportable Action. Padilla <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Proclamation -Public Power Week— October 5-11 <br />CM Bennett presented the Proclamation for Public Power Week to staff of the Electric Department and <br />accepted by the Electric Utility Director, David Kolk. <br />• Presentation - Make a Difference — Conquistadors <br />CM Oliva, assisted by Mayor Zamora, presented the Make a Difference Certificate to the group known as The <br />Conquistadors. The Conquistadors are involved in the community of the City of Colton by their assistance to <br />Veteran Groups and their families as well as other philanthropic activities. The Certificate was accepted by <br />Joaquin Granado, President. Also presented were several members of the group: John Anton, Eddie Conejo, <br />Joey Moreno, and Leo Alvarez. <br />• Recognition - P & G Burgers for their support of the Summer Movie Series <br />Presentation not announced. <br />2014 OCTOBER 07 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING -2- <br />
