Zamora presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 12 for action by Council. <br />City Attorney Campos noted typo corrections on Item 3 related to the Second Reading of 0-12-14, Page 2, <br />SECTION 2, 2.16.030, D should read (as approved by Council at the Council Meeting of October 21, 2014 <br />during the First Reading of 0-12-14): "The City Manager must be a citizen of the United States, .. . <br />Acting City Manager Jakher referenced corrections on Item 12, Resolution No. R-105-14: line 14, First Bullet <br />Point (delete); line 16, Second Bullet Point, (change Decrease to Increase) <br />Councilmembers present selected items for discussion and clarification by staff. <br />CM Gonzales had questions on Item No. 3 and 4. <br />CM Toro had questions on Item No. 4 and 8. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Item 4: Comments and clarification provided by the Team Members of the Medical School Project, Developer, <br />California University of Science and Medicine: Dr. Dev A. GnanaDev, President/CEO of the California <br />University of Science and Medicine; George Valencia, Operations Manager for Dr. GnanaDev's private <br />surgical group; and Andrea Eisenmenger, Marketing Foundation Manager of Prime Health Care Management <br />Inc. under Dr. Prem Reddy who is also Chairman of the Board of California University of Science and <br />Medicine. <br />Motion and Second by CM Bennett/CM Oliva to approve the Consent Calendar with corrections to Item 3 and <br />Item 12 and indicated by staff. No Opposition to the Motion.
