PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Toro adjourned to the Special Meeting to Closed Session at 5:07 p.m. and at <br />6:11 p.m., the meeting reconvened with Mayor Zamora presiding. Roll Call was announced by <br />City Clerk Gomez with all members present. <br />City Attorney Martinez reported that the City Council did not conclude their discussion on Item <br />A and will reconvene for this item at the conclusion of the Special Council meeting. City <br />Attorney Martinez also advised that City Council discussed Item B and gave authorization to <br />enter into a tolling agreement for a three-month period in that case. The votes on that case were <br />as follows: MPT Toro and Council Members Navarro, Oliva and Bennett all voting yes. Mayor <br />Zamora, and Council Members Gonzales and Suchil had not yet arrived in Closed Session when <br />action was taken on this item. All council members were present for the discussion on labor <br />negotiations.
