MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE SPECIAL COUNCIL <br />MEETING OF JANUARY 14, 2013. <br />Mayor Sarah S. Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />None. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />Ashley Jones, Office of Assemblymember Cheryl Brown, 471h District; Donna Lewis and Gary <br />Grossich. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />• Receive and File City Treasurer's Report for November 2012 <br />City Treasurer De La Torre presented a report for November 2012 as receive and file. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 5 for action by Council. <br />Mr. Foster announced that Item No. 4 will be moved under Business for further discussion. CM <br />Bennett asked that this item remain under Consent Calendar. <br />CM Suchil had questions on Item No. 3, which were addressed by Public Works Director Amer <br />Jakher.
