Gomez, City Clerk <br />Mayor Zamora announced for the public that there was a Special Council Meeting/Workshop <br />prior to Open Session regarding the General Plan Amendment. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation - Business Focus — Hampton Inn <br />Redevelopment Manager Art Morgan and Colton Chamber Executive Director Laura Morales <br />introduced Jay Koury, General Manager for the Hampton Inn and Suites in Colton. Council <br />Member Susan Oliva presented a Certificate of Recognition to Ms. Koury, and congratulated the <br />Hampton Inn on being the Business Focus of The Month. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />AUGUST 6, 2013. <br />Mayor Sarah S.
