APPOINTMENTS <br />• Utilities Commission Appointment — At -Large —Rosanne Ramos Reyes <br />Motion and second by CM Oliva/Bennett, to approve the appointment of Rosanne Ramos Reyes <br />to the Utilities Commission. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Interim City Manager Compton presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 13 for action <br />by Council. <br />The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: <br />Motion and second by CM Suchil/Bennett, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />CM Suchil had questions and comments on Item Nos. 11 and 12. <br />CM Gonzales had questions and comments on Item Nos. 6, 11, 12, and 13. <br />MPT Toro had questions and comments on Item No. 11. <br />CM Navarro had questions and comments on Item No. 12. <br />Amended motion and second by CM Suchil/Bennett, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented, and to pull Item No. 12 until further review by the Colton Chamber of Commerce <br />Board of Directors. Unanimous vote. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held June 18, 2013; <br />Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held July 2, 2013 and Minutes for the City <br />Council Regular Meeting Held July 16, 2013, on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #136400 to #136554, Dated 6/20/13, Totaling <br />$1,627,103.88; Payable Warrants #136555 to #136720, Dated 6/27/13, Totaling <br />$2,066,652.55; a Payroll Disbursement listing for the period 6/22/13 to 7/5/13, totaling <br />$1,094,443.50; and a Payroll Disbursement listing for the period 7/6/13 to 7/19/13, <br />totaling $689,979.32, on File in the Finance Department. <br />2013 AUGUST 6 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING -4- <br />
