• Proclamation - National Library Week, April 9-15, 2012 <br />Library Board President Pete Carrasco, along with Trustees Bob Johnson, Pauline Lopez, <br />Donald Hines and Patricia Chavez, accepted the Proclamation as read into the record and <br />presented by Mayor Sarah S. Zamora. Mayor Zamora thanked President Carrasco and <br />called Library Manager Edward Pedroza forward to make announcements. Mr. Pedroza <br />announced various activities that will be held at the Colton Public Library in observance <br />of National Library Week. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING'OF <br />APRIL 3, 2012. <br />Mayor Sarah S. Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />CM Oliva reported that she attended the League of California's Policy Committee Meeting at the Double <br />Tree Hotel in Ontario and made comments regarding this meeting. <br />CM Yzaguirre announced that he attended the County Vision Conference in Lake Arrowhead with Mayor <br />Zamora, Council Members Perez and Oliva; City Clerk Gomez and City Manager Foster and thanked <br />them for their attendance and support. <br />CM Perez also provided information regarding current County programs. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />Gary Mitchell, Christine Irish -Re, Linda Tripp, Fred Cordova, Angie Cordova and Arlin White. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />None. <br />2012 APR 03 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING - 2 - <br />
