CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 7 for action by Council. <br />The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/MPT Gonzales, to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 <br />through 7, as presented. Motion carried with CM Bennett being absent. <br />CM Oliva asked questions on Item No. 5 and CM Perez commented on Item No. 4. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held March 20, <br />2012, on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #127614 to #127738, Dated03/08/2012, Totaling <br />$1,437,298.16; Payable Warrants #127739 to 4127856, Dated 03/15/2012, Totaling <br />$3,253,405.66; Payroll Disbursement Listing for period 03/03/2012 to 03/16/2012, <br />Totaling $569,825.08, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Parcel Man 12995 (Phases 1 and 2) with Dexus Property Group — Approved Final <br />Acceptance and Termination of Subdivision Improvement Deferral Agreement with <br />Dexus Property Group for Parcel Map 12995 (Phases 1 and 2), releasing the required <br />private subdivision improvements from Prologis. <br />(4) South Colton Drainage Improvement Project —Authorized verification of local funding in <br />the amount of $66,667 to cover the match required for the Federal Emergency <br />Management Authority (FEMA) Grant awarded for the South Colton Drainage <br />Improvement Project. <br />(5) Washington Street Bus Turnout Project — Awarded Bid to TSR Construction and <br />Inspection in the amount of $131,700 for the Washington Street Bus Turnout Project <br />along Washington Street east of Mohave Drive. <br />(6) Hunts Lane Grade Separation Project — Approved a Joint Use Agreement with the <br />San Bernardino Transportation Commission and Southern California Edison (SCE) and <br />any necessary utility easements and street right-of-ways acquired for the Hunts Lane <br />Grade Separation Project located on Hunt Lane between Riverwood Street and Oliver <br />Holmes Road. <br />(7) Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) — Approved and Adopted a Resolution <br />of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, adopting a <br />Draft Recognized Obligation Schedule (BOPS) pursuant to Health and Safety Code <br />Section 34177(I). <br />2012 APR 03 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA <br />
