CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />October 2, 2012 <br />Open Session of the Regular Meeting was called to order on the above -given date at 6:06 p.m., in <br />the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Sarah S.
