MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />OCTOBER 2, 2012. <br />Mayor Sarah S. Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />None. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />Linda Tripp, Luis Gonzalez, Christine Irish -Re, Steven Figueroa, and Isaac Suchil. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 6 for action by Council. <br />The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: <br />CM Toro pulled Item No. 3 for questions. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Bennett, to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 <br />through 6. Unanimous vote. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Special Meeting held June 5, 2012, on <br />File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #130696 to #130818, Dated 8/16/12, Totaling <br />$5,111,649.26; Payable Warrants #130819 to #130945, Dated 8/23/12, Totaling <br />$4,007,535.67; Payable Warrants #130946 to #131081, Dated 8/30/12, Totaling <br />$1,830,870.58; and Payroll Disbursement Listing for 9/1/12 to 9/14/12, Totaling <br />$587,516.98 on File in the Finance Department. <br />2012 OCTOBER 2 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING <br />-3- <br />
