CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/ REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY/COLTON HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AND THE UTILITIES COMMISSION <br />SPECIAL AND SPECIAL JOINT MEETING MINUTES <br />January 30, 2012 <br />Special and Special Joint Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility <br />Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority/Colton Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the <br />Redevelopment Agency and Members of the Utilities Commission of the City of Colton was <br />held at 5:00 p.m., on Monday, January 30, 2012, at the Gonzales Center, Room 2, located at 670 <br />Colton Avenue, Colton, California, with Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Gonzales called the meeting to order at 5:12 p.m. and asked City Clerk Gomez <br />to announce roll call.
