PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION <br />None. <br />Mayor Zamora adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and at 6:13 p.m., the <br />meeting reconvened. Roll Call was announced by City Clerk Gomez with all members present as <br />heretofore. <br />City Attorney Rahsaan Tilford reported that they did meet and did discuss all three items and on <br />the second item it was unanimous consent to settle the Causey matter. Gomez with all members present as heretofore. <br />INVOCATION <br />Pastor Jonathan Florez, First Assembly of God <br />FLAG SALUTE <br />David Gasca, American Legion Post 155 <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Certificate of Commendation — Corporal Wesley Bruhn, Officer of the Year <br />International Footprint Association Chapter 67 <br />MPT Gonzales presented a Certificate of Commendation to Corporal Wesley Bruhn for being recognized <br />by the International Footprint Association Chapter 67, as the 2011 Officer of the Year. Mayor Zamora <br />introduced Corporal Bruhn's wife, Rosemary Bruhn, a former graduate of Colton High School. <br />Proclamation — Linda Smith, Four -D College <br />20 Years of Service <br />Mayor Zamora presented Linda Smith of Four -D College, a Proclamation for 20 years of distinguished <br />service in the community.
