Council Member Toro made a presentation observing Police Officers Week and Police Officers Memorial <br />Day, which was created on October 1, 1961. He read information on a bill and noted that May 15"` was <br />designated as Police Officers Memorial Day and read a directive from President Obama, asking that flags <br />be flown at half-staff. He noted that several of our own police officers are also veterans and asked them <br />all to stand and come forward to be recognized. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />MAY 15, 2012. <br />Mayor Sarah S. Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a <br />conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
