AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />None. <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following community members addressed the Council: <br />John Hutton, Christine Irish -Re and Steve Martin. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />• Receive and File City Treasurer's Reports for September 2012 <br />City Treasurer De La Torre presented a report for September 2012 as receive and file. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 9 for action by Council. <br />The following action was taken on the Consent Calendar: <br />CM Bennett pulled Item No. 4 and City Attorney Derleth advised Council Members to consider <br />bringing this item back to a future Council meeting once the new Council is sworn in. <br />MPT Gonzales had questions on Item No. 7. There was discussion on this item and it was <br />decided that this item be continued to the December 4, 2012 Council meeting. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Perez, to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 through 9, <br />with the exception of Item No. 4, to be placed on a future agenda and Item No. 7, to be continued <br />to the next regular Council meeting on December 4, 2012.
