PUBLIC HEARING (10) User Fee Study TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER ADOPTING A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CITYWIDE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY AND/FOR THE CITY AND REPEALING CERTAIN EXISTING RESOLUTIONS Mayor Zamora opened the Public Hearing and the City Clerk announced that no protests or objections were received. Management Services Director Bonnie Johnson gave a brief summary on the progress of the user fee study and introduced Greg Tobler, Senior Project Analyst from Willdan Financial Services.
