A. `Barney" Barnett. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members announced various activities throughout the community. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item No(s). 1 thru 5. Mayor Zamora and CM <br />Perez will recuse themselves from voting on Item No. 5, due to Conflict of Interest, as they own <br />property within 500 yards of the project. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett to approve the Consent <br />Calendar Item No(s) 1 thru 5.
