PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION <br />None. <br />Council Member Oliva announced that she would recuse herself from discussion on Items B and <br />C due to her involvement with the Union Pacific Railroad. <br />Mayor Zamora adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:06 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m., the <br />meeting reconvened. Roll Call was announced by City Manager Foster with all members present <br />as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Dean Derleth reported that they did meet and did confer on Item A. Council <br />Member Gonzales recused himself from the IBEW Electric portion of Item A due to a possible <br />technical conflict. Items B and C involved litigation that was not discussed and will be carried <br />over to the next meeting. No reportable action. <br />A.
