CPUBLIC COMMENTS <br />The following citizens addressed the Council: <br />Ed McCally <br />William Campos <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members announced various activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />None. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 tbru 8, with Item No. 4 being <br />pulled. Mr. Foster noted that Council Member Oliva abstained from Item Nos. 5 and 6 due to her <br />relationship with the Union Pacific Railroad. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/CM Oliva, to approve the Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 <br />thm 8, with the exception of Item No. 4. Motion carried with Council Member Oliva abstaining <br />from Item Nos. 5 and 6 and MPT Bennett being absent. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held May 17, 2011, <br />on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #121800 to #121968, Dated 4/21/11, Totaling <br />$1,557,909.74; Payable Warrants #121699 to #1221469, Dated 4/28/11, Totaling <br />$1,937,304.03; and Payroll Disbursement Listing for 4/30/11 to 5/13/11, Totaling <br />$636,872.44, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Acceptance of Homeland Security Grant — Approved and Adopted a Resolution <br />Accepting the State Homeland Security Grant (SHSG) FY 2010/2011 in the Amount of <br />$27,671, RESOLUTION NO. R-46-11. <br />(4) Amendment to EI Colton, LLC Agreement - Approve Third Amendment to the <br />Operations & Maintenance Agreement with EI Colton, LLC, for the Operations and <br />Maintenance of the Agua Mansa Power Plant. ITEM PULLED <br />(5) SANBAG Local Stimulus Funds — Approved and Authorized the Submittal of One (1) <br />Amendment Application for the Local Stimulus Fund Program in the Amount of <br />$732,660, for the Colton Crossing Laurel Improvements, RESOLUTION NO.
