PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION Gary Mitchell, Cindy McCann and Ricardo Romo. Mayor Zamora adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:15 p.m. and at 6:06 p.m., the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. City Attorney Dean Derleth reported that they did meet and did confer on Item A with no reportable action but did not meet on Item B. City Manager Rod Foster announced that the Fire Union came to an agreement and thanked them for their significant concessions. A.
