FLAG SALUTE <br />Bernie Moyeda, VFW Post 6476 <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />Presentation — Special Recognition Certificates were presented by the Council and <br />School Board President Jerry Almendarez to Leno Moreno, owner of Leno's Rico Taco, <br />on his 20th Anniversary of his business. Council Member Yzaguirre read the <br />proclamation as prepared by the City of Colton and Mayor Zamora read the special <br />recognition from Senator Gloria McLeod. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />MARCH 1, 2011. <br />Mayor Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
