Area 7 — Agua Mansa Area <br />• 7A: The existing Specific Plan may be rescinded, and the new land uses reflect the City's <br />desire to promote the area for heavy industrial uses. The Public Facilities designations <br />reflect the existing City and County public infrastructure facilities located along Agua <br />Mansa Road. Some former agricultural properties are proposed to be re -designated to <br />Heavy Industry. <br />Area 8 — South Colton <br />• 8A: Medium Density Residential changed to Low Density Residential which more <br />closely corresponds with the existing single-familydevelopment in this area. A General <br />Plan policy was recommended to address nonconforming homes on undersized lots, <br />thereby providing rebuild flexibility8B: School site changed to Public Facilities to reflect <br />existing use. Some Industrial Park was changed to Light Industrial for consistent pattern <br />and to reflect existing uses. Also recommend changing existing Low Density Residential <br />to Medium Density Residential south of Agua Mansa Road to create a consistent <br />residential pattern.
