SUMMARY OF APPEAL <br />STAFF DISCUSSION <br />Appellant : The Tentative Tract Map does not comply <br />with R -1 Zoning, specifically: <br />The intent and purpose of the R -1 Zone; and <br />The property development standards of the R -1 Zone. <br />Appellant : La Loma Hills residents want the project to <br />comply with existing property development standards <br />as set forth in the Zoning Code. <br />Staff response : Project is consistent with both the <br />intent & purpose and development standards of the <br />Very Low and Low Density Residential Zones, with <br />deviations permitted for hillside cluster development <br />projects.
