SUMMARY OF APPEAL <br />STAFF DISCUSSION <br />Appellant : An alternative development concept was <br />put forward: 65 -lots with lot sizes of 65’ x 100’. <br />Staff response :Consideration of any alternative <br />plan will require submittal of a complete set of <br />revised plans,review by appropriate City <br />departments,and revisions to environmental <br />document .If directed by City Council,staff will <br />work with applicant on revisions to the applications .
