ORDINANCE NO. 1697 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING 1 3 3 (Second Reading) THE ELECTRICAL UTILITY DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE CERTAIN AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF COLTON. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance Nos. 1695 and 1697. Vote was unanimous. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:42 p. m., to discuss Matters of Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), and Labor Relations Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and reconvened at 9:48 p. m., all Members present. Mayor Huntoon led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by John Seymour of the Colton Courier.
