R-151-87, adopting In- <br />vestment Policy for the City. <br />(11) Agreements <br />California -Oregon Transmission Project Agreement among the <br />Cities of Anaheim, Azusa, Banning, Colton, Riverside and <br />Vernon. <br />(12) Claims <br />Eden Woldemarian; Joel Munro, Anne Munro and the Munro <br />Children's Trust II; Jennifer Nichols, versus the City of <br />Colton. Recommend denial. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar. Vote was unanimous. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Boards h Commissions <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, ratifying <br />Mayor's reappointments of R. Weston Hayden and Jack L. Judy to the <br />Cemetery Commission; Yolanda Lopez to the Civil Service Board; and <br />Ramon Hernandez, Jose A. Urrea and Larry R. Dylina to the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission. Unanimous vote. <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales referred to a Proclamation designating DRUNK DRIVER <br />AWARENESS SEASON, urging everyone to drive safely and sensibly, espe- <br />cially during the holidays. <br />Intervention Program <br />Human Services Director Rich Holmer made a presentation on the City's <br />Intervention Program, being funded by two grants received from Los <br />Padrinos and the O.F.C.J., and introduced the two Intervention Coun- <br />selors, Manuel Beltran and Christine Cordero. <br />na Is AN 9M A II_\:a I I FeLf <br />Street Vacations <br />Res.
