COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 17, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was offered by Councilman Leroy Rehrer. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Bid far exceeded the estimate. <br />(4) Bids <br />Award of Bids, McGraw -Edison Company, $10,845.92; RTE <br />Corporation, $5,346.66; WESCO Utility, $5,727.18; for Trans- <br />formers. <br />(5) Bids <br />Authorization to go to bid for the construction of the <br />Fogg Street Extension, Phase I. <br />(6) Permits <br />Approval of Encroachment Permit for Southern Pacific Pipe <br />line for Acacia Avenue, Eucalyptus Avenue, Meridian Avenue, <br />3rd, 4th, and 5th Streets, and Hunts Lane. <br />(7) Bids/Proposals <br />Authorization to send Request for Proposals to engineering <br />firms for the analysis and design of traffic signals at Mt. <br />Vernon Avenue, "F" Street, and Fairway Drive. <br />1 <br />
