Council Members Rehrer and <br />Garcia disqualified themselves. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br />File Index TA -2-86 <br />Mayor Gonzales declared this was the time fixed for public hearing to <br />consider Text Amendment, Index No. TA -2-86, Amending Title 18 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance and Colton Municipal Code and Various Sections of <br />Chapters 18.08, 18.12, 18.16 and 18.32. <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections had been received. <br />City Manager Benest reported staff would like to continue this public <br />hearing to March 3, 1987 when a full report will be made. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />continue the Public Hearing on File Index TA -2-86, to March 3, 1987. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />_ Pet Limiting Ordinance <br />Ord.
