Hutton and Pete Luque Community <br />Centers. <br />(14) Parks <br />Consider approving the change in name of Central Park to <br />Max J. Lofy Park. <br />(15) Parks <br />Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-6-87, authorizing expenditure of <br />Park Development Fees and available State Bond Act Funds for <br />Four -Year Park Development Plan. <br />(16) Claims <br />Suzanne Brown, Donald Cates, Carol Thornton, Annabelle Wessels, <br />JoAnne L. Gustafson, Yosemite Insurance Company (Thorburn/ <br />Morones), Pacific Bell, versus the City of Colton.
